Objective:To explore the effect of refined nursing intervention in the operating room on pain relief, complications and sleep quality of urological surgery patients. Methods:A total of 96 patients with urologic surgery admitted to Fuzhou Second Hos-pital from March 15,2020 to February 27,2021 were retrospectively analyzed and grouped according to different nursing meth-ods.The control group(n=48)received routine nursing, and the observation group(n=48)received intensive nursing interven-tion in the operating room.Pain levels, sleep quality and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing care, the visual analogue scale(VAS)score of both groups was higher than that before nursing(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing, the Pittsburg Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of observa-tion group was 4.17%(2/48)lower than the 16.67%(8/48)observed in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fine nurs-ing intervention in the operating room for urological surgery patients can reduce pain, improve sleep quality and lower the inci-dence of complications, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
