Objective:To observe the effect of an integrated warming scheme combined with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing on sleep quality in surgical patients. Methods:A total of 86 patients undergoing surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University between May 2022 and December 2023 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided in-to a control group and an observation group, with 43 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the ob-servation group received an integrated warming scheme combined with ERAS nursing. The two groups were compared in terms of intraoperative temperature changes, perioperative sleep quality[measured by the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)],and postoperative recovery indicators. Results:Before surgery, there was no significant difference in temperature indices between the two groups(P>0.05).However,at 10,20,and 30 minutes post-surgery,the observation group's body temperature was significant-ly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing, there was no significant difference in PSQI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing, the PSQI scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,postoperative hospitalization time, time to mobilization, time to flatus, and time to extubation were all shorter in the observation group compared to the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implemen-ting an integrated warming scheme combined with ERAS nursing for surgical patients can stabilize intraoperative body tempera-ture,improve sleep quality, and promote faster postoperative recovery.
