摘要

目的:分析快速康复护理干预用于腹腔镜结肠癌切除术后对患者疼痛、胃肠功能及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的腹腔镜结肠癌切除术后患者85例作为研究对象,按照实施等量数字随机分为对照组(n=42)和观察组(n=43).对照组实施常规护理,观察实施快速康复护理干预.分析疼痛评分、胃肠功能恢复时间、睡眠质量、并发症发生率.结果:观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组胃肠功能恢复时间短于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:在腹腔镜结肠癌切除术后实施快速康复护理干预,可减轻患者疼痛,改善胃肠功能及睡眠质量.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effects of fast-track rehabilitation nursing intervention on pain,gastrointestinal function,and sleep quality in patients after laparoscopic colon cancer resection.Methods:A total of 85 patients who underwent laparoscopic co-lon cancer resection at First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=42)and an observation group(n=43)using equal random number allocation.The control group received conventional nursing care,while the observation group received fast-track rehabilita-tion nursing intervention.Pain scores,time to gastrointestinal function recovery,sleep quality,and incidence of complications were analyzed.Results:The VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);the time for gastrointestinal function recovery in the observation group was shorter than in the control group(P＜0.05);the sleep quality scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05);and the incidence of complications in the ob-servation group was lower than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing fast-track rehabilitation nursing interven-tion after laparoscopic colon cancer resection can reduce patient pain,improve gastrointestinal function,and enhance sleep quality.
