癌痛规范化护理流程对肺癌患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

摘要

目的:探析肺癌患者疼痛及睡眠质量在癌痛规范化护理流程下所受到的具体影响.方法:选取2022年10月至2023年10月福州市第二医院呼吸与危重症医学科收治的因肺癌入院治疗且伴有癌痛表现的患者65例作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组(奇数组,n=33)和观察组(偶数组,n=32).对照组接受常规流程护理,观察组接受癌痛规范化护理流程.比较2组满意度、癌痛所致焦虑情绪评分、疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分指标.结果:观察组和对照组患者各项评分为:癌痛所致焦虑情绪评分(50.42±5.25)分、(54.83±6.52)分;疼痛评分(3.68±0.75)分、(5.26±1.06)分;睡眠质量评分(9.05±0.86)分、(13.96±1.54)分,观察组评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组护理质量的满意度96.88％,高于对照组的75.76％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对肺癌癌痛患者行癌痛规范化护理流程后,可显著改善由癌痛引起的负面情绪,缓解疼痛感,随着情绪和疼痛感的缓解,患者能够得到充分休息,显著改善其睡眠质量,对其生命质量产生重要意义.

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the impact of a standardized cancer pain nursing process on pain and sleep quality in pa-tients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 65 lung cancer patients with cancer pain,admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine at Fuzhou Second Hospital from October 2022 to October 2023,were selected and randomly divided in-to a control group(n=33,odd-numbered patients)and an observation group(n=32,even-numbered patients).The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was treated with a standardized cancer pain nursing process.Satisfaction,anxiety scores caused by cancer pain,pain scores,and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group had significantly lower scores than the control group in anxiety due to cancer pain(50.42±5.25 vs.54.83±6.52),pain scores(3.68±0.75 vs.5.26±1.06),and sleep quality scores(9.05±0.86 vs.13.96±1.54)(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.88％,significantly higher than the 75.76％in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing a standardized cancer pain nursing process significantly miti-gates negative emotions associated with cancer pain,alleviates discomfort,and enhances sleep quality,thus improving the overall quality of life in lung cancer patients.
