Objective:To explore the application and effectiveness of solution-focused nursing in patients with cervical spondylo-sis.Methods:A total of 98 patients with cervical spondylosis,admitted to the No.910 Hospital of the Joint Logistic Support Force of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from June 2020 to August 2023,were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 49 patients in each group.The observation group received solution-focused nursing,while the control group re-ceived routine care.Nursing outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Neck Disability Index(NDI),and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of solution-focused nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis has positive effects in alleviating depression and improving sleep quality.
