Objective:To explore the impact of adopting a high-quality care model on the sleep quality of patients undergoing car-diac surgery. Methods:From January 2022 to December 2023,80 cardiac surgery patients who underwent surgical treatment at Qi-lu Hospital of Shandong University were included.According to the method of a random number table, the 80 patients were ran-domly divided into two groups with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing care during the perioper-ative period, while the observation group received high-quality care during the perioperative period. The treatment compliance and sleep indicators were compared between two groups of patients. Results:Regarding treatment compliance, the total compliance rate of the observation group was 97.50%higher than that of the control group, which was 80.00%(P<0.05).After intervention, the observation group had lower scores on sleep quality compared to the control group, with a shorter latency period for falling asleep and a longer actual sleep duration(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative period of cardiac surgery patients, the application of high-quality care can effectively enhance patient treatment compliance, improve sleep conditions.
