Effects of Graphic Clinical Nursing Pathway Combined with Sleep Intervention on Chemotherapy Compliance,Hope Level and Sleep Quality in Patients with Lung Cancer
Objective:To explore the effects of graphic clinical nursing pathway combined with sleep intervention on sleep quality in patients with lung cancer(LC).Methods:A total of 78 patients with LC treated in Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled as the research objects between January 2020 and January 2023.According to random number table meth-od,they were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(graphic clinical nursing pathway combined with sleep intervention on basis of control group).The changes of chemotherapy compliance,hope level,sleep quality and nursing satis-faction scores in the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,chemotherapy compliance was higher in observation group than control group with statistically significant difference(74.35％vs 53.84％,P＜0.05),hope level and score of nursing satisfaction were higher in observation group than control group with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05),and score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)was lower in observation group with statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Graphic clinical nursing pathway combined with sleep intervention can not only improve chemotherapy compliance,but also effectively improve hope level,nursing satisfaction and sleep quality in patients with lung cancer.
