Objective:To explore the effect of precisionintervention on postoperative sleep quality of patients with gastrointestinal tumors who have undergone minimally invasive surgery. Methods:A total of 84 patients with gastrointestinal tumors who under-went minimally invasive surgery at the Department of General Surgery,First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as study subjects. The patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=42)receiving routine nursing care and an observation group(n=42)receiving precision intervention. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare sleep quality between the two groups. The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depres-sion Scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the improvement of anxiety and depression, while the Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)was used to assess the improvement in insomnia before and after the intervention. Results:After the intervention, the PSQI,SAS,SDS,and AIS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Precision intervention in patients with gastrointestinal tumors after minimally invasive surgery can effectively alleviate negative emotions,re-duce insomnia symptoms, and improve sleep quality. It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
