摘要

目的:分析喉癌术后患者应用康复前移理念联合早期免疫营养支持对睡眠质量的具体影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年3月厦门大学附属第一医院耳鼻喉头颈外科收治的喉癌患者105例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=53),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组给予康复前移理念联合早期免疫营养支持.采用阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评估患者护理前后失眠情况,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)比较2组患者干预前后睡眠质量的变化,采用状态焦虑量表(SAI)、健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)比较2组患者干预前后焦虑、抑郁状态的改善效果,并比较2组患者的睡眠效率.结果:干预后,观察组AIS评分、PSQI评分、SAI评分、PHQ-9评分均显著低于对照组,观察组睡眠效率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:喉癌术后患者应用康复前移理念联合早期免疫营养支持效果较佳,可有效改善患者的失眠情况,提高睡眠质量及睡眠效率,改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,值得临床推广应用.

Abstract

Objective:To analyze the effect of the rehabilitation forward concept combined with early immune nutritional support on sleep quality in patients after laryngeal cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 105 laryngeal cancer patients admitted to the De-partment of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=52)receiving routine nursing care and an observation group(n=53)receiving rehabilitation forward concept combined with early immune nutritional sup-port.The Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS)was used to assess insomnia before and after the intervention,while the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare changes in sleep quality.The State Anxiety Inventory(SAI)and Patient Health Ques-tionnaire-9(PHQ-9)were used to evaluate improvements in anxiety and depression.Sleep efficiency was also compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the observation group showed significantly lower AIS,PSQI,SAI,and PHQ-9 scores compared to the control group.Sleep efficiency in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of the rehabilitation forward concept combined with early immune nutritional support in pa-tients after laryngeal cancer surgery significantly improves insomnia,enhances sleep quality and sleep efficiency,and alleviates anxiety and depression.This approach is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
