Impacts of Electrical Stimulation Rehabilitation Therapy on Sleep Status and Sleep Quality in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:分析电刺激康复治疗对脑梗死患者睡眠状况及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年2月至2024年2月莆田市第五医院神经内科收治的脑梗死患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例.对照组进行常规康复训练,观察组进行电刺激康复治疗.对比2组的睡眠状况、睡眠质量、吞咽功能及神经功能.结果:在总睡眠时间、睡眠潜伏时间及睡眠效率上,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组较对照组,其中文版理查兹-坎贝尔睡眠量表(RCSQ)评分更高,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在洼田饮水试验评分与美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分方面,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对脑梗死患者实施电刺激康复治疗有利于改善睡眠状况和神经功能,临床可进一步推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impacts of electrical stimulation rehabilitation therapy on sleep status and sleep quality in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 90 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology of the fifth hospital of Putian city from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into the control group(conventional rehabili-tation training,n=45)and the observation group(electrical stimulation rehabilitation therapy,n=45).The sleep conditions,sleep quality,swallowing function and neurological function of the two groups were compared.Results:The observation group was supe-rior to the control group in terms of total sleep time,sleep latency time and sleep efficiency(P<0.05).The observation group had higher Richards Campbell Sleep Questionnaire(RCSQ)scores and lower Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores than the control group(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in terms of Puddle Field Drinking Water Test scores and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of electrical stimulation rehabilitation therapy for patients with cerebral infarction is conducive to the improvement of sleep status and neurolog-ical function,and can be further promoted for clinical application.
