坐式八段锦对急性心肌梗死PCI术后患者Ⅰ期心脏康复效果及睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:分析坐式八段锦在急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)后Ⅰ期心脏康复中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月四川大学华西厦门医院/研究院收治的急诊PCI术后AMI患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例.2组均行Ⅰ期心脏康复,对照组采用七步康复程序,观察组同步开展坐式八段锦.比较2组患者干预后心功能、运动耐力与住院期间睡眠质量.结果:观察组在出院后12周左室射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,6 min步行距离(6WMD)较长,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组住院期间匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:坐式八段锦可改善AMI患者PCI术后早期睡眠质量,促进心功能恢复,增强运动耐力.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effects of Sitting Baduanjin in phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation in AMI patients after PCI.Methods:A total of 110 AMI patients after emergency PCI were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55).Both groups underwent Phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation.The control group underwent a seven-step rehabilitation program,while the observation group conducted sitting Baduanjin simultaneously.The cardiac function,exercise en-durance,and sleep quality during hospitalization between two groups were compared.Results:The LVEF of observation group was higher than that of control group at 12w after discharge,and the 6WMD was longer(P＜0.05).The total score of PSQI during hospitalization of observation group was lower than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Sitting Baduanjin can improve the sleep quality of AMI patients after PCI,promote cardiac function recovery,and enhance exercise endurance.
