针刀松解脊神经后支治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者睡眠效果研究

摘要
目的:分析针刀松解脊神经后支治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果及对睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021年2月至2024年2月三明市中西医结合医院收治的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者60例作为研究对象,按照硬币投掷法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以针刀松解脊神经后支治疗.比较2组的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分前后变化.结果:治疗后,2组的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均有改善,并且观察组的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均比对照组低(P＜0.05).结论:针刀松解脊神经后支治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果显著,对患者疼痛程度和睡眠质量均有积极影响.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupotomy release of the posterior branch of the spinal nerve in treating postherpet-ic neuralgia and its impact on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated at Sanming Hospi-tal of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as study sub-jects.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group,using the coin toss method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the observation group underwent acupotomy release of the posterior branch of the spinal nerve.Changes in pain scores and sleep quality scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,both groups showed improvements in pain and sleep quality scores,with the ob-servation group showing significantly lower pain and sleep quality scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupoto-my release of the posterior branch of the spinal nerve is highly effective in treating postherpetic neuralgia and has a positive impact on both pain relief and sleep quality in patients.
