正念音乐干预联合系统化助眠指导对老年睡眠障碍患者睡眠效果研究

摘要
目的:探究正念音乐干预联合系统化助眠指导对老年睡眠障碍患者情绪状态及睡眠-醒觉行为的影响.方法:选取2022年12月至2023年12月联勤保障部队第900医院收治的老年睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例.对照组给予系统化助眠指导,观察组在对照组基础上给予正念音乐干预,比较2组情绪状态、睡眠-醒觉行为以及睡眠质量.结果:相较于对照组,观察组干预后焦虑、抑郁得分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);觉醒次数更少、觉醒时间更短、睡眠时间更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);匹兹堡睡眠指数得分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:正念音乐干预联合系统化助眠指导可改善老年睡眠障碍患者情绪状态以及睡眠-醒觉行为,提高睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of mindfulness music intervention and systematic sleep-aid guidance on emotional state and sleep-wake behavior in elderly sleep disorders patients.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with sleep disorders ad-mitted to 900th Hospital of Joint Logistics Support Force from December 2022 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups,with 40 cases each.The control group was given systematic sleep guidance,while the observation group was given systematic sleep guidance combined with mindfulness music intervention.Emotional state,sleep-awake behavior and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared to the control group,the observation group had lower intervention and depression scores(P<0.05),fewer awakening,shorter awakening,and longer sleep(P<0.05),and lower Pittsburgh Sleep Index scores(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mindfulness music intervention and systematic sleep-aid guidance can improve the mood state and sleep-wake-up behavior,and improve the sleep quality.
