Factorial Analysis of Combined Heat Prevention Intervention in Operating Room on Complications and Sleep Quality in Patients Underwent Hysterectomy

摘要
目的:探究在对子宫切除术患者护理时开展析因分析的手术室复合保温干预对患者并发症以及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的子宫切除术患者70例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组35例.对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展析因分析的手术室复合保温干预.针对2组并发症以及睡眠质量进行对比.结果:统计2组术后并发症,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);夜间觉醒次数观察组低于对照组,夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对比睡眠质量,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分观察组干预后较低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在对子宫切除术患者护理时开展析因分析的手术室复合保温干预,可以提升患者围术期睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of combined heat prevention intervention in the operating room on complications and sleep quality in patients undergoing hysterectomy through factorial analysis.Methods:Seventy patients who underwent hyster-ectomy in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from March 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study sub-jects.They were divided into two groups by random number table method:a control group(35 cases,receiving routine nursing dur-ing surgery)and an observation group(35 cases,receiving composite insulation care in the operating room for causal analysis).Complications and sleep quality in two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Times of nighttime awakenings in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the nighttime sleep time was longer than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The PSQI scores in the obser-vation group was lower after intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Conducting combined heat prevention intervention in the oper-ating room on complications and sleep quality in patients undergoing hysterectomy can improve their perioperative sleep quality,reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce intraoperative temperature fluctuations.
