血液升温仪配合精细化手术室干预对子宫内膜癌手术患者睡眠的影响

摘要
目的:探究针对子宫内膜癌手术患者开展血液升温仪配合精细化手术室干预对手术风险以及围术期睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年6月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的子宫内膜癌手术患者84例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例.对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展血液升温仪配合精细化手术室干预.针对2组睡眠质量以及手术指标统计.结果:夜间觉醒次数观察组低于对照组,夜间睡眠时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分对比,观察组评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);术中出血量、排气时间、下床时间以及手术时间,观察组均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:针对子宫内膜癌手术患者护理时开展血液升温仪配合精细化手术室干预,可缩短手术时间,并提升围术期睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of using a blood thermoter device in conjunction with refined operating room inter-vention on surgical risk and perioperative sleep quality for patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery.Methods:A total of 84 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent surgery in The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly ranked from 0 to 84 using a numerical table.Odd numbers(42 cases,control group)received routine nursing,while odd numbers(42 cases,observation group)received blood thermometer device combined with re-fined operating room intervention.Statistics on sleep quality and surgical indicators for two groups were compared.Results:Times of nighttime awakenings in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the nighttime sleep time was longer than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,comparison of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores showed that the observation group had lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Intraoperative bleeding volume,exhaust time,time to get out of bed,and surgical time in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclu-sion:Blood thermometer device combined with refined operating room intervention can shorten surgical time and improve perioper-ative sleep quality in patients undergoing endometrial cancer surgery.
