健康教育干预对小儿癫痫患儿睡眠质量的效果研究

摘要
目的:探析健康教育干预在小儿癫痫护理中的应用效应和价值.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月福建省福州儿童医院收治的小儿癫痫患儿60例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组加强健康教育干预,比较2组父母疾病认知度、患儿焦虑情绪以及患儿睡眠质量.结果:干预后,观察组父母疾病认知度、患儿焦虑情绪、患儿睡眠质量评估结果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:健康教育干预在小儿癫痫护理中可取得理想效果,能够明显提升患儿父母对疾病知识认知度,同时也可以显著改善患儿焦虑情绪和睡眠质量,值得在护理实践中推荐、施行.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effects and value of health education intervention in epilepsy children's nursing.Methods:A total of 60 children with epilepsy admitted to Fuzhou Children's Hospital of Fujian Province from January 2023 to December 2023 were randomly selected.The children were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(30 ca-ses)was given routine care,while the observation group(30 cases)was given health education intervention.The parents'aware-ness of the disease,patients'anxiety and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the parents'awareness of the disease,children's anxiety and sleep quality in the observation group were better than those in the con-trol group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Health education intervention can achieve ideal effect in epilepsy children's nursing,which can obviously improve the parents'awareness of the disease knowledge,and also significantly improve the children's anxiety and sleep quality,which is worthy of recommendation.
