袋鼠式护理联合皮肤抚触对新生儿睡眠和发育的影响

摘要
目的:分析为新生儿提供皮肤抚触护理、袋鼠式护理,对于改善其睡眠质量、发育情况的价值.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院分娩的新生儿120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受皮肤抚触护理与袋鼠式护理,对2组的睡眠质量、发育情况进行观察比较.结果:比较于对照组,观察组的睡眠质量优良率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);出生3 d、出生15 d的睡眠时间均明显更长,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);与出生3 d时比较,2组出生30 d的头围、体质量、身长及NBNA量表各维度评分均明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);而与对照组出生30 d时比较,观察组的各指标增加幅度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)结论:新生儿在接受常规护理干预时,为其提供皮肤抚触护理、袋鼠式护理,能显著改善其生命质量,增加其睡眠时间,进一步促进其生长发育,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of skin touch care and kangaroo mother care for newborns in improving their sleep quality and physical development.Methods:A total of 120 newborns,all of whom were delivered in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to December 2023,were randomly divided into control group(60 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(60 cases,kangaroo mother care and skin touch care)by the principle of single blindness.The sleep quality and physical development of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the sleep quality of the study group was significantly higher(P＜0.05),and the sleep time of the 3rd and 15th day after birth was significantly lon-ger(P＜0.05).Compared with 3 days after birth,the head circumference,body mass,body length and NBNA scale scores of both groups at 30 days after birth were significantly increased(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group at 30th day of birth,the in-dexes of the observation group increased more significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion:When newborns receive routine nursing inter-vention,providing skin touch care and kangaroo mother care can significantly improve their life quality,increase their sleep time,and further promote their growth and physical development,which is worthy of promotion.
