摘要
目的:评价急性胃肠炎患儿运用综合护理的效果及对患儿睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2024年4月厦门市儿童医院收治的急性胃肠炎患儿110例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例.观察组采用综合护理,对照组采用常规护理.分析2组护理效果与护理前后睡眠质量评分.结果:护理前,2组患儿睡眠质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),护理后,观察组的护理效果优于对照组,睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在急性胃肠炎患儿护理的过程中,需要科学采用综合护理方式,以改善睡眠质量,提升护理水平.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing in children with acute gastroenteritis and its effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 110 children with acute gastroenteritis admitted to Xiamen Children's Hospital from March 2022 to A-pril 2024 were randomly divided into observation group(55 cases,comprehensive nursing)and control group(55 cases,routine nursing).The nursing effects and sleep quality scores before and after nursing were analyzed.Results:There was no difference in the sleep quality scores before intervention(P＞0.05),.After the intervention,the nursing effects and sleep quality scorse of the observation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing for children with acute gastroenteritis,it is necessary to adopt the comprehensive nursing to improve the sleep quality and improve the nursing level.
