The Impact of Nursing Intervention Based on Levine Conservation Theory on Sleep and Life Quality in Children with Pneumonia

目的:探究对肺炎患儿护理时开展Levine守恒理论的护理干预对患儿睡眠质量、生命质量的影响.方法:选取2023年2月至2024年3月福清市妇幼保健院收治的肺炎患儿86例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组43例.对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展Levine守恒理论的护理干预.针对2组患儿睡眠质量、生命质量、症状缓解用时以及肺功能改善水平对比.结果:生命质量评分比较,观察组护理后较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);睡眠质量评估,观察组护理后PSQI评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对比患儿症状缓解用时,观察组用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);肺功能水平对比,观察组护理后较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在对肺炎患儿护理时开展Levine守恒理论的护理干预,可以提升生命质量、睡眠质量,迅速缓解各种症状,提升患儿肺功能.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of nursing intervention based on Levine conservation theory on the sleep and life quality in children with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 86 children with pneumonia admitted to the Fuqing Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2023 to March 2024 were selected.They were randomly sorted from 0 to 86 according to a numeri-cal table,with odd numbered sequences receiving routine care(43 cases,control group)and even numbered sequences receiving nursing interventions based on Levine conservation theory(43 cases,observation group).Sleep quality,life quality,symptom relief time,and lung function improvement levels between two groups of pediatric patients were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher life quality scores after nursing(P＜0.05).Sleep quality assessment showed that the PSQI score in the observation group was lower after nursing(P＜0.05).The observation group had a shorter duration of symp-tom relief compared to the control group(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher level of lung function after nursing(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Implementing nursing intervention based on Levine conservation theory in the care of children with pneumonia can improve their quality of life and sleep,quickly alleviate their symptoms,and enhance their lung function.
