罗伊适应模式下的个性化护理模式在双相情感障碍患者康复和睡眠质量中的效果研究

摘要
目的:观察罗伊适应模式下的个性化护理模式在双相情感障碍患者康复和睡眠质量中效果.方法:选取2021年1月至2024年1月霞浦县精神病医院精神科收治的双相情感障碍患者76例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例.观察组采用罗伊适应模式下的个性化护理模式,对照组采用常规护理.对比2组狂躁抑郁状况、认知能力、睡眠质量和生命质量,以及护理满意度.结果:与对照组比较,观察组BRMS、SDS评分低,WMS评分高,PSQI评分低,生命质量评分高,满意度评分高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:给予双相情感障碍患者罗伊适应模式下的个性化护理模式效果较好,值得借鉴.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of individualized nursing based on Roy's adaptation model on rehabilitation and sleep quality of patients with bipolar disorder.Methods:A total of 76 patients admitted to the Mental Hospital of Xiapu County from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected and divided into two groups randomly,with 35 cases each group.The observation group received individualized nursing based on Roy's adaptation model,while the control group received routine nursing.Depression,mania status,cognitive ability,sleep quality,life quality and nursing satisfaction before and after the interven-tion were compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower BRMS,SDS and PSQI scores,higher WMS scores,satisfaction scores and life quality.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of individualized nursing based on Roy's adaptation model has positive effects.
