心理疏导联合需要层次理论的手术室干预对手术患者睡眠的影响研究
Impacts of Psychological Counseling Combined with Nursing Interventions in the Operating Room Based on the Hierarchy of Needs Theory on the Sleep Quality of Surgical Patients

摘要
目的:探析手术患者接受心理疏导联合需要层次理论的手术室干预对睡眠的影响.方法:选取2022年11月至2023年11月福州市中医院收治的手术治疗患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组采取常规手术室干预,观察组采取心理疏导联合需要层次理论的手术室干预,评估2组多导睡眠监测参数、失眠程度、睡眠质量.结果:干预后,观察组夜间睡眠效率、总睡眠时间较对照组提高,睡眠潜伏期较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:手术患者接受心理疏导联合需要层次理论的手术室护能明显缓解失眠症状,提高睡眠质量,改善多导睡眠监测参数.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of psychological counseling combined with nursing intervention in operating room based on the hierarchy of needs theory on sleep quality for surgical patients.Methods:A total of 78 patients admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to November 2023 were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 39 patients in each group.The control group received conventional intervention in operating room,while the observation group received psychological counseling combined with hierarchy of needs theory.The monitoring parameters dur-ing sleep,insomnia degree and sleep quality of the two groups were evaluated.Results:After the intervention,the night sleep effi-ciency and total sleep time of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the sleep latency was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the Assens Insomnia Scale(AIS)and Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Surgical patients re-ceiving psychological counseling combined with nursing intervention in operating room based on the hierarchy of needs theory can significantly alleviate insomnia symptoms,improve sleep quality,and improve polysomnosis monitoring parameters.
