幽门螺杆菌感染慢性胃炎患者睡眠与人格特征和自我效能感关系研究

摘要
目的:探讨分析幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染慢性胃炎患者睡眠与人格特征、自我效能感的相关性.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院收治的Hp感染慢性胃炎患者97例作为研究对象,按照有无睡眠障碍分为睡眠障碍组(n=53)与无睡眠障碍组(n=44).收集患者匹兹堡睡眠指数量表(PSQI)、人格特质艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和自我效能量表(GSES)评分,采用Pearson相关性分析各评分间的关系,采用多因素Logistic回归分析探究影响Hp感染慢性胃炎患者睡眠障碍发生的危险因素.结果:睡眠障碍组与无睡眠障碍组在病程、家庭月收入、EPQ-N、EPQ-P、GSES评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,EPQ-N、EPQ-P评分升高及GSES评分下降,均为影响Hp感染慢性胃炎患者发生睡眠障碍的危险因素,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).Pearson相关性分析显示,PSQI评分与EPQ-N、EPQ-P评分正相关,与GSES评分负相关,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:Hp感染慢性胃炎患者多存在睡眠障碍,且与人格特征、自我效能感密切相关.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation of sleep disorders with personality characteristics and self-efficacy in patients with Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection.Methods:Ninety-seven patients with chronic gastritis infected by Hp admitted to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University in 2023 were divided into sleep-disorders group(53 cases)and no-sleep-dis-orders group(44 cases).The Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale(PSQI),personality traits[Eysensk Personality Questionnaire(EPQ)]and self-efficacy(GSES)scores of the patients were collected,and the relationship between the scores was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to explore the risk factors of sleep disorders in Hp infected patients with chronic gastritis.Results:The difference in disease duration and the monthly household income,EPQ-N,EPQ-P and GSES scores showed statistical significance between the two groups(P＜0.05).The results of multivariate Logistic regression a-nalysis showed that increased EPQ-N,EPQ-P scores and decreased GSES scores were all risk factors affecting the development of sleep disorders in patients with chronic gastritis(P＜0.05).Pearson Correlation analysis showed that PSQI scores were positively correlated with EPQ-N and EPQ-P scores and negatively correlated with GSES scores(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Patients with Hp infection have sleep disorders,which is closely related to personality characteristics and self-efficacy.
