摘要
目的:探究舒适护理干预对消化内科住院患者睡眠质量下降的改善效果.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月三明市第一医院收治的消化内科住院患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以舒适护理,对2组患者睡眠质量(PSQI)、情绪反应(HADS-A、HADS-D、FAVS)、症状积分(GSRS)、舒适程度(GCQ)、不良事件进行观察比较.结果:护理干预后观察组PSQI评分均低于对照组,HADS-A、HADS-D、FAVS、GSRS等量表得分与不良事件发生率均低于对照组,GCQ得分(96.77±9.54)分高于对照组(91.24±8.33)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05).结论:消化内科住院患者护理过程中,给予舒适护理可在一定程度上缓解患者情绪反应与躯体症状,减少不良事件发生率,提高舒适度,对患者睡眠及生命质量提高具有积极影响.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of comfortable nursing on the decline of sleep quality in gastroenterology inpatients.Methods:A total of 100 patients in the gastroenterology department of Sanming First Hospital were selected and ran-domly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given comfortable nursing.Their sleep quality(PSQI),emotional response(HADS-A,HADS-D,FAVS),symptom score(GSRS),comfort level(GCQ),and adverse events were observed.Results:After nursing intervention,PSQI in the observation group was lower than the control group,scores of HADS-A,HADS-D,FAVS,GSRS and other scales and incidence of adverse events were lower than the control group,GCQ score(96.77±9.54)was higher than that in the control group(91.24±8.33),and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the process of nursing inpa-tients in gastroenterology department,comfortable nursing intervention can relieve the emotional reaction and physical symptoms of patients to a certain extent,reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve comfornesst,and have a positive impact on the im-provement of sleep and life quality of patients.
