综合评估模式差异化护理对慢性胃炎伴高血压患者血压控制水平及睡眠质量的影响

摘要
目的:分析综合评估模式差异化护理在慢性胃炎伴高血压患者中的应用效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月福建省龙岩人民医院收治的慢性胃炎伴高血压患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合评估模式差异化护理,对比2组干预效果.结果:观察组干预后血压水平、负性情绪评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:慢性胃炎伴高血压患者应用综合评估模式差异化护理,可以减轻心理负性情绪,提高睡眠质量,更好地控制血压水平,有助于患者病情改善.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of comprehensive assessment mode of differentiated nursing in patients with chronic gastritis and hypertension.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic gastritis with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were divided into 2 groups,with 60 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive evaluation mode of differentiated nursing.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The blood pressure level,negative emotion score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of comprehen-sive evaluation mode-based differentiated nursing in patients with chronic gastritis and hypertension can reduce the negative emo-tions of patients,improve the sleep quality of patients,control the blood pressure level,and contribute to the improvement of pa-tients'condition.
