基于5E理论的综合性护理对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的心脏康复效能及睡眠质量影响

摘要
目的:分析基于5E理论的综合性护理对冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的心脏康复效能及睡眠质量的影响;方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者180例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组90例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予基于5E理论的综合性护理,分析2组患者阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)、6 min步行距离(6MWT)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、护理满意度数据.结果:观察组干预后LVESD、LVEF指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组干预后LVEDD、6MWT、AIS-8项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组护理满意度97.78％,高于对照组86.67％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:基于5E理论的综合性护理在冠心病慢性心力衰竭患者的心脏康复和睡眠质量方面具有显著的积极影响,基于5E理论的综合性护理在提高心功能、改善运动能力、优化睡眠质量以及提升患者满意度方面具有潜在的临床应用前景.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of comprehensive nursing based on 5E theory on cardiac rehabilitation efficacy and sleep quality of chronic heart failure patients.Methods:A total of 180 patients with coronary heart disease and chronic heart fail-ure were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2023 to December 2023 and were divided into two groups by random number method(90 cases each).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given comprehensive nursing with 5E theory,and the patients in both groups were analyzed with Athens Insomnia Scale(AIS),6-minute walking distance(6 MWT),left ventricular end systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diame-ter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),nursing satisfaction.Results:After intervention,LVESD and LVEF inde-xes in observation group were higher than control group,the difference was significant(P＜0.05);After intervention,LVEDD,6MWT and AIS-8 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistical significant(P＜0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was 97.78％,higher than 86.67％in control group,the differ-ence was statistical significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing based on the 5 E theory has a significant posi-tive impact on the cardiac rehabilitation and sleep quality of CHD and chronic heart failure patients.The comprehensive nursing based on the 5E theory has a potential clinical application prospect in improving cardiac function,exercise ability,sleep quality and enhances patient satisfaction.
