G+OEC护理模式改善主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换患者围术期睡眠的研究

摘要
目的:探究主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换术患者围术期护理时开展G+OEC护理模式对患者睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年2月至2024年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换患者78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组开展常规护理支持,观察组开展G+OEC护理模式.针对2组围术期睡眠质量、生命质量对比.结果:睡眠质量评估,护理后观察组PSQI量表评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);生命质量评估,护理后观察组世界卫生组织生命质量测定简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);觉醒次数观察组低于对照组,夜间睡眠时间观察组长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:主动脉瓣生物瓣膜置换患者围术期开展G+OEC护理支持,可以提升睡眠质量以及生命质量,有助于患者进行恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of implementing the G+OEC nursing model on the sleep quality of patients undergo-ing aortic valve replacement surgery.Methods:A total of 78 patients with aortic valve replacement admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the subjects.The number table was randomly sorted from 1 to 78,with odd numbered sequences providing routine nursing support(39 cases,control group)and even numbered sequences providing G+OEC nursing mode(39 cases,observation group).Sleep quality and life quality between two groups dur-ing the perioperative period were compared.Results:Sleep quality assessment showed that the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group after nursing(P＜0.05).The quality of life assessment showed that the WHOQOL-BREF scale scores in the observation group were higher than that in the control group after nursing(P＜0.05).The number of a-wakenings in the observation group were lower than that in the control group,and the nighttime sleep time observation group was longer than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Providing G+OEC nursing during the perioperative period for pa-tients undergoing aortic valve replacement can improve their sleep quality and life quality,and aid in their recovery.
