摘要
目的:评价优质护理对阑尾炎患者术后睡眠质量的改善效果.方法:选取2021年2月至2023年2月平和县医院收治的阑尾炎手术患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例.观察组采用优质护理,对照组采用常规护理,分析护理前后睡眠质量评分、生命质量评分、满意度.结果:护理前,2组睡眠质量与生命质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);护理后,观察组的睡眠质量与生命质量评分优于对照组,差有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组的满意度低于观察组,差有统计学意义(P＜0.05)o结论:在阑尾炎手术的护理过程中,优质护理法能够改善患者术后睡眠质量,具有推广价值.
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the effect of quality care on postoperative sleep quality in appendicitis patients.Methods:A to-tal of 100 patients who underwent appendectomy at Pinghe County Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observa-tion group received quality nursing,while the control group received conventional nursing.Sleep quality scores,quality of life scores,and satisfaction levels before and after nursing were analyzed.Results:Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in sleep quality and quality of life scores between the two groups(P＞0.05).After nursing,the sleep quality and quali-ty of life scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).The satisfaction level in the control group was lower than that in the observation group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of quality nursing during the care of appendicitis surgery patients can im-prove postoperative sleep quality and has significant promotional value.
