摘要
目的:调查围手术期优质护理对阑尾炎患者手术后睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年1月至2023年12月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的阑尾炎手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组行常规护理,观察组行围手术期优质护理.调查睡眠质量、术后恢复指标、生命质量、并发症发生率.结果:观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组术后恢复时间低于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理后生命质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05);观察组护理后并发症发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对阑尾炎患者实施围手术期优质护理,有助于改善其手术后睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the Impact of high-quality perioperative nursing on sleep quality in patients receiving appen-dectomy.Methods:One hundred patients receiving appendectomy in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were se-lected as study participants and divided into reference group and observation group by random number table,with 50 patients in each group.Reference group received routine care,while observation group received perioperative quality care.The quality of sleep,postoperative recovery index,quality of life,and complication incidence were investigated.Results:The sleep quality score in the observation group was lower than the reference group(P＜0.05).The postoperative recovery time in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).The nursing QOL score was higher in the observation group than in the ref-erence group(P＜0.05).The incidence of complications after care in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:High-quality perioperative nursing for patients receiving appendectomy can help improve sleep quality after surgery.
