无抽搐电休克联合互动达标理论护理对狂躁症患者睡眠质量的影响
Effect of Electroconvulsive Therapy Without Convulsions Combined with Interactive Goal Attainment Theory Nursing on Sleep Quality in Patients with Mania

目的:观察无抽搐电休克联合互动达标理论护理对狂躁症发作患者睡眠质量的影响作用.方法:选取2022年4月至2023年8月泉州市第三医院收治的狂躁症患者92例作为研究对象,按照Excel随机排序分为对照组(奇数组)和观察组(偶数组),每组46例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施无抽搐电休克+互动达标理论护理.对2组睡眠质量、认知功能以及血清指标进行比较.结果:护理后,观察组睡眠质量评分较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组WMS评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);护理后,观察组血清BDNF高于对照组,IL-1 β、IL-2、IL-6水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在对狂躁症患者护理时开展无抽搐电休克+互动达标理论护理,可以提升患者睡眠质量,改善其认知水平,并对血清指标改善.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of electroconvulsive therapy without convulsions(ECT)combined with interactive goal attainment theory nursing on sleep quality in patients experiencing manic episodes.Methods:A total of 92 patients with ma-nia,treated at Quanzhou Third Hospital between April 2022 and August 2023,were randomly divided into a control group(odd-numbered patients)and an observation group(even-numbered patients),with 46 patients in each group.The control group re-ceived routine nursing care,while the observation group received ECT without convulsions combined with interactive goal attain-ment theory nursing.Sleep quality,cognitive function,and serum markers were compared in both groups.Results:After nursing in-tervention,the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The WMS(Wechsler Memory Scale)score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Serum BDNF levels in the observation group were higher,and IL-1 β,IL-2,and IL-6 levels were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Electroconvulsive therapy without convulsions combined with interactive goal attainment theory nursing can improve sleep quality,enhance cognitive function,and improve serum indicators in patients with mania.
