放松训练联合有氧运动的延续护理改善血透患者睡眠、生命质量的研究

摘要
目的:探究在对血液透析患者护理时开展放松训练联合有氧运动的延续干预对患者睡眠质量以及生命质量的影响.方法:选取2023年2月至2023年12月厦门市第五医院收治的血液透析患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例.对照组透析期间开展常规护理,观察组开展放松训练联合有氧运动的延续干预.针对2组患者生命质量、睡眠质量对比.结果:干预后2组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)均降低且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后2组生命质量均提升且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后2组患者失眠严重程度指数量表(ISI-C)得分均下降且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在对血液透析患者护理时开展放松训练联合有氧运动的延续干预,可以提升患者睡眠质量以及生命质量,有助于患者恢复.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of continuing nursingof relaxation training combined with aerobic exercise on the quality of sleep and life in hemodialysis patients.Methods:A total of 88 hemodialysis patients admitted to Xiamen Fifth Hospital from February 2023 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with a control group(44 cases,receiving routine nursing during dialysis)and an observation group(44 cases,receiving continuous intervention of relaxation training combined with aerobic exercise).The quality of life and sleep between two groups were compared.Results:Af-ter intervention,the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)decreased in both groups,and the scores in observation group was low-er than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,life quality in both groups improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the ISI-C scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Continuous intervention of relaxation training combined with aer-obic exercise in hemodialysis patients can improve their sleep and life quality,and help them recover.
