摘要
目的:探究脑梗死伴发睡眠障碍患者实施分级干预管理后,对于睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2021年4月至2024年4月福建省罗源县医院收治的脑梗死伴发睡眠障碍患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用分级干预,对2组患者的睡眠质量、护理满意度进行比较.结果:观察组的入睡时间、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍指标明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);此外,观察组患者对护理的满意度也明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对脑梗死伴发睡眠障碍患者采取分级干预策略,能有效改善患者的睡眠质量,提升其精神状态,增加护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impacts of graded intervention management on sleep quality in patients with cerebral infarc-tion accompanied with sleep disorders.Methods:A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with sleep disorders in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups using digital random table method.The control group(50 cases)received routine nursing care,while the observation group(50 cases)received graded inter-vention.Sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients were compared.Results:In the comparison between the ob-servation group and the control group,the indicators of sleep time,sleep quality,and sleep disorder in the observation group showed obvious advantages,and these differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).In addition,the satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Adopting graded interven-tion for patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with sleep disorders can effectively improve their sleep quality,enhance their mental state,and increase nursing satisfaction.
