量化评估模式康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者睡眠及神经功能效果研究

摘要
目的:分析量化评估模式康复干预对脑卒中偏瘫患者睡眠质量及神经功能的影响.方法:选取2022年3月至2023年4月福建省安溪县中医院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组采用常规康复干预,观察组采用量化评估模式康复干预,对比分析2组脑卒中偏瘫患者干预前后睡眠质量、神经功能、肢体功能水平改善情况.结果:观察组脑卒中偏瘫患者睡眠质量、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分、美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分等神经功能评分、肢体功能水平改善情况显著优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:量化评估模式康复干预能有效提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的睡眠质量及神经功能.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of quantitative assessment mode-based rehabilitation nursing on sleep quality and neurological function of hemiplegia patients after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hemiplegia stroke treated in Anxi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected and divided into a control group(50 pa-tients,routine rehabilitation nursing)and an observation group(50 patients,quantitative assessment mode-based rehabilitation nursing).The improvement of sleep quality,nerve function and limb function of stroke patients with hemiplegia before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement of sleep quality,MoCA scores,NIHSS scores and other nerve function scores and limb function level of stroke hemiplegia patients in observation group were significantly better than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Quantitative assessment mode-based rehabilitation intervention can effectively im-prove the sleep quality and nerve function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
