个体化舒适体位干预对输尿管结石微创手术患者睡眠的效果研究

摘要
目的:探究分析个体化舒适体位干预对输尿管结石微创手术患者睡眠的影响.方法:选取2022年2月至2024年2月泉州市第一医院收治的输尿管结石微创手术患者88例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例.观察组接受个体化舒适体位干预,对照组接受常规护理,比较2组临床护理效果.结果:睡眠质量评分、疼痛评分比较,干预前2组差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);干预后,观察组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:对输尿管结石微创手术患者采取个体化舒适体位干预可以很好地改善患者的睡眠质量,促进患者术后恢复,临床护理效果显著,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of individual comfortable position intervention on sleep quality in patients undergoing minimally invasive surgery for ureteral calculi.Methods:A total of 88 patients were selected,all of whom were treated in Quanzhou First Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 with minimally invasive ureteral calculi operation.They were divid-ed into two groups with 44 cases in each group by random number table method.The observation group received individualized comfortable position intervention,while the control group received routine nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in sleep quality scores and pain scores between the two groups be-fore intervention(P＞0.05).After intervention,the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Individualized comfortable position intervention for patients undergoing minimally invasive ureteral calculi surgery can improve their sleep quality and promote postoperative recovery of.The clinical nursing effect is significant,and it is worth pro-moting and applying.
