摘要
目的:分析急诊滞留慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者接受心理-情感-睡眠干预对睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2023年2月至2024年2月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的急诊滞留AECOPD患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分作对照组和观察组,每组50例.对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受心理-情感-睡眠干预,对2组患者干预前后心态及睡眠质量进行评估,问卷调查2组患者对护理工作的满意度情况.结果:观察组患者干预后焦虑及抑郁心态评估得分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组干预后睡眠效率等得分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:通过心理-情感-睡眠干预对急诊滞留AECOPD患者进行干预能够助其调整不良心态,改善睡眠质量,同时提高临床护理满意度,值得借鉴.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of psychological-emotional-sleep intervention on sleep quality in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)in emergency department.Methods:A total of 100 AECOPD patients admitted to the emergency department of The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2023 to Febru-ary 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two random teams.The control group(50 cases)received routine nursing nursing;The observation group(50 cases)received psychological-emotional-sleep intervention.The mentality,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients before and after intervention were evaluated.Results:The anxiety and depression assessment scores in the observation team after the surgery were smaller than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,and other sleep quality assessment scores in the observation team after the surgery were smaller than those in the control team intervention(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Intervention through psychological-emotional-sleep intervention can help regulate negative attitudes,improve sleep quality,and increase clinical nursing satisfaction in emergen-cy AECOPD patients.
