康复干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的改善效果研究

摘要
目的:探究并分析对精神分裂症患者开展康复干预,对其睡眠质量的改善效果.方法:选取2024年1月至2024年5月泉州市第三医院收治的精神分裂症患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组31例.对照组给予常规干预,观察组开展康复干预.比较2组阴性、阳性症状量表(PANSS)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)评分.结果:观察组总有效率(93.54％,29/31)比对照组(67.74％,21/31)高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,观察组患者的阴性、阳性等症状改善幅度更为显著,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);干预后,与对照组比较,观察组患者睡眠质量改善幅度更大,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:在精神分裂症患者的常规干预工作中,实施康复干预效果显著,是提高干预效果的保障,也是控制患者症状、改善睡眠质量的关键.
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the effects of rehabilitation intervention on the improvement of sleep quality in pa-tients with schizophrenia.Methods:From January to May 2024,62 patients with schizophrenia were selected from the Quanzhou Third Hospital as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups with 31 patients in each group,The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received rehabilitation intervention.The scores of two groups of negative and positive symptom scales(PANSS)and the Asens Insomnia Scale(AIS)were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group(93.54％,29/31)was higher than that of the control group(67.74％,21/31)(P＜0.05).After intervention,the improvement of negative and positive symptoms in the observation group was more significant(P＜0.05).After intervention,compared with the control group,the sleep quality in the observation group improved significantly(P＜0.05).Conclusion:In the routine intervention for patients with schizophrenia,the implementation of rehabilitation intervention has a significant effect,which is the fundamental to improving the intervention effect and the key to controlling patients'symptoms and improving sleep quality.
