急诊护士睡眠质量和工作应激与护理质量的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探究急诊护士睡眠质量和工作应激情况对其护理质量的影响情况,为进一步在后续临床中提升护理质量.方法:选取2023年1月至2023年12月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院急诊科急诊护士 220例作为研究对象,对所有护士的工作应激情况以及睡眠质量进行分析,了解所有护士的护理质量,分析其工作应激、睡眠质量与其护理质量之间的关系.结果:各种变量下急诊护士护理服务质量得分均无统计学意义(均P＞0.05),其平均分为(13.44±2.22)分,急诊护士工作应激总分为(1 066.06±82.45)分,工作睡眠质量总分为(13.69±2.65)分.急诊护士工作应激、睡眠质量评分与其护理质量之间呈现负相关关系,即急诊护士工作应激水平越高,睡眠质量评分越高,护士护理质量越差.结论:急诊护士护理质量与其工作应激与睡眠质量评分均呈现负相关关系,所以,降低急诊护士工作应激水平,提高其睡眠质量有助于提高急诊护士的护理质量.
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the impact of sleep quality and work stress on nursing quality among emergency nurses,ai-ming to inform improvements in future clinical practice.Methods:A total of 220 emergency nurses from the Department of Emer-gency Medicine at the 73 rd Group Army Hospital,treated between January 2023 and December 2023,were selected as study sub-jects.The work stress and sleep quality of all nurses were analyzed,and their nursing quality was assessed.The relationships be-tween work stress,sleep quality,and nursing quality were evaluated.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in nursing service quality scores under different variables(P＞0.05),with an average score of(13.44±2.22).The total work stress score was(1 066.06±82.45),and the total sleep quality score was(13.69±2.65).A negative correlation was observed between work stress and sleep quality with nursing quality;higher levels of stress and poorer sleep quality correlated with reduced nursing quality.Conclusion:The nursing quality of emergency nurses is negatively correlated with their work stress and sleep quali-ty.Effectively reducing work stress and enhancing sleep quality are crucial for improving nursing quality among emergency nurses.
