摘要
目的:分析叙事联合疼痛干预对纵隔肿瘤手术后患者疼痛及睡眠质量的影响.方法:选取2022年10月至2024年1月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的纵隔肿瘤患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例.对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施叙事联合疼痛干预,比较2组患者护理效果.结果:观察组患者睡眠质量、疼痛评分、不良心理水平提高均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:叙事联合疼痛干预能有效改善纵隔肿瘤患者术后疼痛、睡眠质量.
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of narrative intervention combined with pain intervention on postoperative pain inten-sity and sleep quality in patients undergoing mediastinal tumor surgery.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with mediastinal tumor in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University were selected and divided into control group(49 cases,routine nursing)and ob-servation group(49 cases,narrative intervention combined pain intervention).The nursing effects of the two groups on patients with mediastinal tumor surgery were compared.Results:The sleep quality,pain scores and adverse psychological level of patients with mediastinal tumor in observation group were better than those in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Narrative intervention combined with pain intervention can effectively improve the postoperative pain intensity and sleep quality in patients.
