规范化疼痛干预对食管癌根治术患者疼痛及睡眠质量的效果研究

摘要
目的:探究规范化疼痛干预对食管癌根治术患者术后疼痛症状及睡眠质量效果.方法:选取2023年1月至2024年1月莆田学院附属医院收治的食管癌根治术患者98例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例.对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行规范化疼痛干预,评价组间疼痛评分、负面情绪、睡眠评分.结果:观察组疼痛评分、负面情绪、睡眠评分改善程度均远优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:食管癌根治术后患者接受规范化疼痛干预能够达到较好的疼痛管理效果,可改善患者焦虑、抑郁等负面情绪,另外还可改善患者术后睡眠质量,提高其术后生命质量,加速术后康复,有利于其预后.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of standardized pain intervention on postoperative pain symptoms and sleep quality in patients undergoing radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 98 patients with esophageal cancer who underwent radical surgery in the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from January 2023 to January 2024 were randomly divided into con-trol group(49 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(49 cases,standardized pain intervention)using a random number ta-ble method.The pain score,negative emotions,and sleep scores between the groups were evaluated.Results:The improvement in pain scores,negative emotions,and sleep scores in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Standardized pain intervention for postoperative patients with esophageal cancer can achieve good pain management effects,improve negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve postoperative sleep,enhance their life quality,accelerate postoperative recovery,and benefit their prognosis.
