早期科学肠内营养支持改善胃癌患者术后身体状态及睡眠的效果研究

摘要
目的:探讨胃癌患者康复中应用早期科学肠内营养支持的价值.方法:选取2023年1月至2024年2月福建省立医院收治的胃癌患者82例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例.对照组实施肠外营养支持,观察组实施早期科学肠内营养支持.比较2组身体状态、睡眠质量.结果:护理实施后,与对照组比较,观察组身体状态恢复情况更理想,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分较对照组下降范围更大,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:胃癌患者康复中应用早期科学肠内营养支持效果理想.
Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of early scientific enteral nutrition support in the rehabilitation of gastric cancer pa-tients.Methods:A total of 82 gastric cancer patients admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2023 to February 2024 were randomly divided into two groups:a control group(41 patients,parenteral nutrition support)and an observation group(41 pa-tients,early scientific enteral nutrition support).Physical condition and sleep quality were compared.Results:After the interven-tion,the gastrointestinal function recovery time,getting out of bed activity time and hospitalization time in observation group were shortened compared with control group(P＜0.05).The sleep quality scores of the observation group decreased compared with the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:The application of early scientific enteral nutrition support in the rehabilitation of gastric cancer patients can improve their physical condition and sleep quality,shorten the recovery and hospitalization time.
