Objective:To analyze the efficacy of Estazolam+cognitive behavioral therapy in treating sleep disorders in patients with schizophrenia. Methods:A total of 68 patients with schizophrenia-related sleep disorders admitted to Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from July 2023 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The control group received estazolam treatment, while the observation group received combined cognitive behavioral therapy.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results:The daytime function, hypnotic drugs, sleep disorders, sleep efficiency, sleep dura-tion,sleep latency, sleep quality, and total score were all significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group.Meanwhile, their scores in continuous performance, visual memory, verbal memory, semantic fluency, and emotional manage-ment scores were all significantly higher in the observation group than those of the control group. All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Providing combined cognitive behavioral therapy to patients with schizophrenia-related sleep disorders can improve sleep quality and enhance cognitive function, demonstrating significant value for broader application.
