摘要

燃气轮机具有功率密度高、碳排放相对较少、启动快、燃烧环保燃料能力等特点,是未来能源领域设备的重要组成部分.为了促进燃气轮机及其相关技术进步,助力研发高性能的燃气轮机,为此对工业燃气轮机先进技术现状及发展趋势进行综述.对与工业燃气轮机相关的通用先进技术发展趋势进行分析,包括高性价比的大规模计算能力、高度自主的系统、增材制造、人工智能和网络安全.对燃气轮机的燃烧、结构材料和涂层、增材制造、热管理、智能运行和维护、闭式和混合循环燃气轮机系统、用于储能系统的燃气轮机等7个重点研究领域的发展目标和趋势进行了详细分析.建议对重点研究领域进行深入研究,提高燃气轮机的效率和负载灵活性、增强与可再生能源的兼容性、减少排放、增强燃料灵活性,以便智能运行和维护,降低燃气轮机的研发成本,同时可助力燃气轮机及相关技术进步.

Abstract

Gas turbine is an important component of the future energy field with characteristics of high power density,relatively low carbon emissions,fast start-up and the ability to burn environmentally friendly fuels.In order to promote the development of gas turbine technology and related technologies,and assist in the research and development of high-performance gas turbines,this paper summarizes the current status and development trends of advanced industrial gas turbine technologies,and analyzes the development trends of global advanced technologies related to industrial gas turbines,including low-cost large-scale computing capabilities,highly autonomous systems,additive manufacturing,artificial intelligence,and cybersecurity.It details the development goals and trends of seven key research areas:gas turbine combustion,structural materials and coatings,additive manufacturing,thermal management,intelligent operation and maintenance,closed and hybrid cycle gas turbine systems,and gas turbines for energy storage systems.It is recommended to conduct in-depth research on the key research areas mentioned above,in order to improve the efficiency and load flexibility of gas turbines,enhance their compatibility with renewable energy sources,reduce emissions,enhance fuel flexibility,facilitate intelligent operation and maintenance,reduce the cost of gas turbine research and development,and promote the progress of gas turbines and related technologies.
