典型油气藏水平井靶盒钻遇率影响因素及对策

水平井作为油气藏高效开发的重要手段逐步被各大油田推广应用,不同油气藏类型水平井靶盒钻遇率差异大,严重影响水平井的单井油气产量.以地震、测井、录井以及分析化验资料为基础,梳理中国石化主要水平井区块靶盒钻遇率情况,明确了制约不同油气藏类型的主要地质因素,阐明了针对性提高水平井靶盒钻遇率的技术及方法.研究表明:依托水平井开发的油气藏类型主要有页岩油气、致密油气、深层碳酸盐岩油气、边底水薄层及稠油、煤层气,部分类型的油气藏水平井靶盒钻遇率低于90%;复杂断裂带微构造发育和地层产状变化快、砂岩及夹层横向厚度及物性变化大、储集体的位置及流体性质不明确、薄油层"上易出层下易触水"以及地震时深及靶点误差大,是影响上述5类油气藏靶盒钻遇率主要的地质因素;针对不同油气藏类型特点,应用井震联合精细地质建模指导优化轨迹、地震信息精细反演目的层特征、随钻方位伽马判断井身轨迹与地层交切关系、随钻探边测井技术识别井周砂体边界、元素录井辅助判断井底位置等技术,有效提高不同油气藏类型水平井的靶盒钻遇率,对以水平井开发为主的油气田优快导向钻井及高效开发具有重要的指导意义.
With the further exploration and development of oil and gas fields in China,horizontal Wells,as an important means of efficient development of oil and gas reservoirs,are gradually popularized and applied in major oil and gas fields.However,the drilling rate of different types of horizontal Wells varies greatly,which seriously affects the oil and gas production of horizontal Wells.On the basis of seismic,logging,logging and analysis data,the main geological factors restricting different types of oil and gas reservoirs are clarified,and the techniques and methods for improving the drilling rate of horizontal well target box are expounded.The research shows that the types of oil and gas reservoirs developed by horizontal Wells mainly include shale oil and gas,tight oil and gas,deep carbonate oil and gas,thin layer of edge and bottom water,heavy oil and coal bed gas,and the drilling rate of some types of horizontal Wells is lower than 90%.The main geological factors affecting the above five types of oil and gas reservoirs are the rapid change of microstructure development and formation occurrence in complex fault zones,large change of transverse thickness and physical properties of sandstone and interlayer,unclear location and fluid properties of reservoir groups,"easy formation above,easy water under"of thin oil layers,and large seismic depth and target error.Matching the characteristics of different oil and gas reservoir types,applying the combined fine geological modeling to guide the optimization trajectory,the precise inversion of the target layer characteristics with seismic information,the determination of the intersecting relationship between the well trajectory and the formation by bearing gamma while drilling,the identification of the sand body boundary along the drilling side logging technology,and the auxiliary determination of the bottom hole position by element logging.It can effectively improve the target box drilling rate of horizontal Wells of different reservoir types.The above results and understanding have important guiding significance for the optimal and rapid oriented drilling and efficient development of oil and gas fields mainly in horizontal well development.
