摘要

介绍了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定二氧化硒中砷,依据JJF1059-1999的要求,系统的分析了检测过程中各不确定度引入的来源,计算出各种不确定度分量并将其合成,从而得出了用此方法测定二氧化硒中砷量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度.
