碳质金矿高收率氰化冶炼工艺分析

基于以往在碳质金矿冶炼中常见的氰化技术,能够冶炼的易选金矿石已经出现了枯竭现象,需要转移到难处理金矿资源中进行挖掘,因此适应碳质金矿特性,本文设计了全新的焙烧-氰化工艺方式对金矿进行浸取.通过实验发现,需要对焙烧温度、时间以及氰化钠用量、浸泡时间等进行精准的设定,才能够达到较高的碳以及硫的脱除率,从而形成更为良好的碳质金矿高收率表现.
Analysis of High Yield Cyanide Smelting Process for Carbon Gold Mine
Based on the common cyanide technology used in the smelting of carbonaceous gold ore in the past,the easily selected gold ore has been depleted and needs to be transferred to difficult to treat gold resources for excavation.Therefore,in order to adapt to the characteristics of carbonaceous gold ore,this paper designs a new roasting cyanide chemical process for leaching gold ore.Through experiments,it was found that precise settings for roasting temperature,time,sodium cyanide dosage,soaking time,etc.are needed to achieve higher carbon and sulfur removal rates,thereby forming better high yield performance of carbonaceous gold ore.
