摘要

基于半自磨涨肚过程功率、轴压、顽石、介质与物料冲击衬板的声音变化,判断半自磨涨肚过程,针对涨肚过程的不同阶段,分析半自磨关键控制点,有效避免涨肚现象的发生,提高半自磨对矿石的适应性,促进半自磨磨矿效率的提升.

Abstract

Based on the power,axial pressure,sound changes of hard rock,media,and materials impacting the lining plate during the semi-automatic grinding process,the semi-automatic grinding process is judged.Aiming at the different stages of the process,the key control points of the semi-automatic grinding are analyzed to effectively avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon,improve the adaptability of the semi-automatic grinding to the ore,and promote the improvement of the efficiency of the semi-automatic grinding.
