摘要
科学推进生态保护修复,不仅要汲取国内外成功经验,还需立足国内开展理论创新.依托自然环境、社会环境和数字环境等现实条件,有序推动生态保护修复环境创建;通过主体增权、技术赋能、资源链接、公众参与、动态测评等合理方式,持续开展生态保护修复路径探索,以期为国土空间生态保护修复、自然资源综合管理、社会经济高质量发展提供可靠支持.
Abstract
Advancing ecological conservation and restoration in a scientifically sound manner necessitates not only drawing from successful domestic and international experiences but also fostering theoretical innovation domestically.Leveraging the current realities of natural,social,and digital environments,this paper advocates for the systematic promotion of environmental creation for ecological conservation and restoration.Through rational approaches such as enhancing the authority of relevant stakeholders,empowering with technology,forging resource connections,engaging the public,and conducting dynamic assessments,ongoing exploration of pathways for ecological conservation and restoration is essential.The aim is to provide reliable support for ecological conservation and restoration in territorial spaces,integrated natural resource management,and high-quality socio-economic development.
