This paper introduces a new 4#Cycle Crushing System and a new 4#steel core Summary:conveying belt in Fujiawu mining area of Dashan concentrator,Dexing mine,China,due to capacity expansion and reconstruction,at the same time,the tail of the existing Fujiawu 3#steel core belt is extended by 179 meters,so that the ore broken by the new cyclotron crushing system is transferred to the extended 3#belt by 4#Belt and transported to Dashan concentrator.Through the technical improvement of the ore hopper under the original 3#steel-cored belt,the belt support beam can be lifted and lowered quickly,and the ore stopper can be turned and opened and closed quickly,so as to meet the needs of the two production organization modes.
