摘要

铝电解生产的节能降耗非常重要,全石墨化阴极结构铝电解槽在一定程度上可以降低压降减少能耗.本文介绍了全石墨化阴极铝电解槽生产相关技术及管理等措施在某公司铝电解系列上的应用实践,为解决大型全石墨化阴极槽的能量平衡及操作维护等难题提供了解决方案,实现长周期高效率稳定运行,以期为大力推广全石墨化阴极在大型铝电解槽上应用提供参考.

Abstract

Energy conservation and consumption reduction in aluminum electrolysis production are very important.The fully graphitized cathode structure of aluminum electrolysis cells can to some extent reduce pressure drop and energy consumption.This article introduces the application practice of production technology and management measures related to fully graphitized cathode aluminum electrolysis cells in a certain company's aluminum electrolysis series.It provides a solution for solving the energy balance and operation maintenance problems of large fully graphitized cathode cells,achieving long-term,high-efficiency and stable operation,and providing reference for vigorously promoting the application of fully graphitized cathodes in large aluminum electrolysis cells.
