摘要

使用1003*1950倾斜式双驱动铝板带铸轧机,生产3种不同厚度铸轧板,均匀化退火,通过金相抛光及低倍组织检验,研究了坯料板厚对晶粒和力学性能的影响.结果表明,铸轧坯料板厚的不同对铝板力学性能和轧制性能有显著影响.

Abstract

Using 1003*1950 inclined double drive aluminum strip casting and rolling machine,three kinds of cast and rolling plates with different thickness were produced,homogenized annealing,metallopolishing and pickling were used to study the effect of blank plate thickness on grain and mechanical properties.The results show that the thickness of cast rolling billet has significant influence on the mechanical properties and rolling properties of aluminum foil.
