Production Practice and Technical Transformation Research of 413kt/a Smelting Flue Gas Acid Production System Process
With the rapid development of modern industry,the position of the smelting industry in the national economy is increasingly prominent.The smelting flue gas contains a large amount of sulfur oxides,and how to effectively convert them into valuable sulfuric acid products is an important issue faced by smelting enterprises.The 413kt/a smelting flue gas acid making system,as a common flue gas treatment process,its production practice and technical transformation are of great significance for improving the utilization efficiency of smelting flue gas,reducing environmental pollution,and reducing production costs.Therefore,this article takes the original acid production system of a copper smelting company as an example,which is III I-IV II"3+1".After adopting a new non-equilibrium pre conversion and pre absorption process for the system,it can improve the utilization efficiency of smelting flue gas,reduce environmental pollution,and lower production costs.
